甘精胰岛素联合那格列奈治疗老年2型糖尿病患者疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察甘精胰岛素联合那格列奈联合治疗老年2型糖尿病的有效性及安全性。方法 24例使用降糖药血糖控制欠佳2型糖尿病患者,观察甘精胰岛素联合那格列奈治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HBA1C)。结果 3个月后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、及糖化血红蛋白较前显著下降(P<0.01)。结论甘精胰岛素联合那格列奈治疗安全、有效。OBJECTIVE To observe the validity and security of insulinglargine combined with nateglinide in the treatment of aged patients with type 2 diabetes.METHODS Twenty-four aged patients with type 2 diabetes under unsatisfied blood sugar control using sulfon-ylureas were treated by insulin glargine combined with nateglinide.The values of fasting blood glucose（FBG）,2h postprandial blood glucose（2hBG）,glycosylated hemoglobin（HBAlc） before and afterthe treatment were observed.RESULTS The levels of FBG,2hBG and HBA1c decreased obviously（P0.01）after 3 months′ treatment.CONCLUSION Insulin glargine combined with nateglinide can be used effectively and safely to treat T2DM patients aged greater than 60 years old.
