摘  要:文中对棉与海藻纤维混纺针织物的练漂工艺和CibacronFN染料溢流染色工艺进行了分析。结果表明,为保护不耐强碱的海藻纤维,采用双氧水对棉与海藻纤维混纺针织物进行漂白,织物手感柔软,强力达到489 N,白度达到81。采用三原色Cibacron黄FN-2R、Cibacron红F-NR和Cibacron蓝F-NR对其进行染色研究,确定了最佳的染色工艺即染色温度为70℃,保温时间为60 min,浴比为1∶12,染浅色时Na2SO4的用量为6~12 g/L,代用碱的用量为3~8 g/L,染中色时Na2SO4的用量为12~30 g/L,代用碱的用量为10~12 g/L。并指出通过控制漂液pH值和升温速率、加染料快慢等因素,可避免白度不稳定和褶皱、两相不均匀等生产中常见问题。This paper analyzes the scouring and bleaching technology and CibacronFN overflow dyeing technology of cotton/alginate fiber blended knitted fabric.It is found that in order to protect the alginate fiber of no-resistance to alkali,the hydrogen peroxide solution can be employed to bleach cotton/alginate fiber blended knitted fabric,and the bleached fabric is soft with a tensile strength of 489N and whiteness of 81.Under the conditions of three base color-Cibacron Yellow FN-2R,Red F-NR and Blue F-NR,the optimized dyeing technology is determined,i.e.,the dyeing temperature is 70 ℃,holding time is 60 minutes,bath ratio is 1∶12,the concentration of Na2SO4 is 12~30 g/L when dyeing light color and the concentration of substitution alkali is 3~8 g/L,and the concentration of Na2SO4 is 6~12 g/L when dyeing middle color and the concentration of substitution alkali is 10~12 g/L.In addition,it suggests that through control of pH value,heating rate and applying rate of dyes,the commonly encountered problems such as instability of whiteness,wrinkles and uneven of two phase inhomogeneity.
