染色剂对聚合物乳胶粒形态的影响

摘　　要：通过pH=4.0的醋酸铀、磷钨酸(PTA)、磷钼酸分别对有机硅乳液、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)乳液进行染色,用透射电镜(TEM)对乳液的粒子形态进行了表征。结果表明:对于酸性、中性的有机硅和PMMA乳液,采用pH=4.0的醋酸铀染色后,微球的形态清晰,效果最佳;对于碱性乳液样品,选择pH=6.4的PTA的染色效果较好。In this paper,the effect of three kinds of Electron staining agents on the morphology of organosilicone and PMMA latex particles were investigated by transmission electron microscope（TEM）.The results show that using pH=4.0 uranyl acetate may obtain better TEM results than phosphotungstic acid for acidity and neutral organicsilicone and PMMA emulsions,but there is better result for alkaline emulsion by using pH=6.4 phosphotungstic acid.
