摘　　要：在煤矿生产中,近水平钻孔钻遇煤层破碎带时经常会伴随安全隐患。本文设计了一种能够在煤矿近水平钻孔中随钻进行护壁固结的注浆机具,同时配合机具选择注浆材料,分别选用三套配方进行了固结试验,通过试验结果的对比分析来选择最佳配方,并对机具和配方进行了室内模拟试验以及现场应用,从而验证了该注浆机具用于生产实际的可行性。In coal production,there have always been safety risks for the drilling in coal seam fracture zone.This paper designs the grouting equipment that can be used in sub-horizontal drilling of coal mines with the function of wall consolidation.The consolidation experiments of three formulations have been made and the best one is selected according to the analysis and comparative results of experiments.Meanwhile,the indoor simulation experiments and field applications are implemented.
