摘　　要：齐国是春秋时期最先称霸中原的诸侯国,齐国称霸有它自身的经济、社会、军事上的基础,但有一个人的作用是绝不能忽视的,他就是管仲。管仲的政治才能和外交思想在齐国称霸的过程中起到了不可估量的作用。The State of Qi was the first vassal state to have gained supremacy over the Central Plains of China during the Spring and Autumn Period of Chinese history.Among all the factors that had conduced to the rise of the State of Qi,be it economically,socially or militarily,one factor that ought not to be neglected was a man of caliber,that is,Guan Zhong,whose statesmanship and diplomatic maneuvers had played a pivotal role in the rise of the State of Qi as a hegemonic power.
