摘 要:以含野生型铜绿微囊藻天然原水为处理对象,考察了上向流生物膜反应器和混凝处理组合对藻总数、叶绿素a、UV254的去除效果.结果表明:当进水温度〉20℃,滤速分别为4.0、6.0、8.0m/h时,藻总数去除率分别为73.33%~96.87%、70.00%~96.66%、88.24%~97.06%,叶绿素a去除率分别为83.60%~96.43%、68.75%~95.45%、66.79%~89.80%,UV254去除率分别为27.38%~68.30%、16.86%~55.11%、49.60%~50.40%;当进水温度〈20℃时,相同的滤速条件下,藻总数、叶绿素a、UV254去除效果呈下降趋势.The natural source water containing wild-type microcystis aeruginosa was treated. The removals of algal gross number, Chl-a, and UV254 were investigated by biofilm reactor and coagulation treatment. The resuhs show that the removals were 73.33%~ 96.87%, 70.00%~ 96.66%, 88.24% ~97.06% for algal gross number, 83.60% ~ 96.43%, 68.75% ~95.45%, 66.79% ~89.80% for Chl-a and 27.38%~68.30%, 16.86% ~55.11%, 49.60% ~ 50.40% for UV254, under the up-flow velocities were 4.0, 6.0, 8.0 m/h when the water temperature was higher than 20℃. When the water temperature was below 20℃, the removals of algal gross number, Chl-a, and UV254 were decreased.
