替米沙坦对老年原发性高血压患者TNF-α和IL-6水平的影响

摘　　要：目的研究老年原发性高血压患者治疗前后肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的变化。方法老年原发性高血压84例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组42例。治疗组给予替米沙坦片,对照组给予非洛地平缓释片,两组均服药12周。两组于治疗前和治疗后12周分别测量血压和心率,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)检测TNF-α和IL-6水平并进行比较分析。结果治疗12周后,两组血压和心率均有明显下降(P<0.01),但治疗组收缩压下降更为明显(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后TNF-α和IL-6水平明显下降(P<0.01),而对照组治疗后无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论替米沙坦片治疗老年原发性高血压可引起TNF-α和IL-6水平显著下降,对判断病情和评价预后可能具有一定临床价值。Objective To detect the level of serum cytokines TNF-α and IL-6 in elderly patients with essential hypertension before and after treatment.Methods Eighty-four elderly patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group and control group（42 cases in each group）.The patients in treatment group were given telmisartan tablets,and patients in control group received felodipine extended-release tablets for 12 weeks.The blood pressure were measured and levels of TNF-α and IL-6 were detected by ELISA in two groups before treatment and 12 weeks after treatment,and comparative analysis was used.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,two groups were significantly reduced for blood pressure and heart rates（P 0.01）.The treatment group systolic blood pressures was decreased significant（P0.01）.Compared with the level before treatment,TNF-α and IL-6 levels were significantly decreased（P0.01） in treatment group,while the control group were not decreased（P0.05）.Conclusion Telmisartan tablets in the treatment of elderly primary hypertension can lead to TNF-α and IL-6 levels decreased significantly.To determine the condition and prognosis may have some clinical value.
