摘　　要：目的通过分析四家军队医院新农合病人的医疗指标,比较各医院新农合实施情况和措施,为军队医院更好地实施新农合制度提供依据。方法收集甲、乙、丙、丁四家医院实施新农合病人的医疗指标并进行汇总,利用统计学方法进行比较分析。结果四家医院收治新农合人数及实际补偿率都呈上升趋势;新农合人均费用总体低于地方人均费用;各医院市场占有份额略有不同。结论军队医院应采取积极措施,寻求开展新农合医疗工作的更好方法。Objective The situation of new rural cooperative medical system（CMS） in military hospitals was compared by analyzing patients medical treatment index in four branch affiliated hospitals.The aim of this study was to provide basis for applying new rural CMS in force.Methods The medical treatment index of hospitals A,B,C,and D was gathered and summarized to make a horizental and vertical comparative analysis based on statistics.Results Four hospitals go up in quantity of people and actual compensation rate.The average expenses of them was lower than the other local patients.There were differences in market share in location.Conclusion Military hospitals should take positive measures and seek better means to develop the new rural CMS.
