摘 要:以0.05M亚硫酸钠溶液为喷淋液,考查生物膜填料塔对甲醛废气净化效率和总去除量影响。实验结果表明:随着气体流量增大,总去除量随之增大,净化效率可达99.85%以上;随着甲醛气体入口质量浓度增大,净化效率和总去除量也随之增大,净化效率最高达100%,对应总去除量可达5.3mg/l.h;随着喷淋液流量增加,净化效率增加,大于99.5%,而总去除量稳定维持在1.67mg/l.h左右。该实验研究成果将成为高效净化甲醛废气有效途径的依据。Sodium sulfite(Na2SO3) of 0.05 M was used as trickling liquid in a biological trickling filter to purify waste gas containing formaldehyde.Purification efficiency and elimination of formaldehyde were studied.Experimental results showed that when the influent gas flow was raised,the elimination of formaldehyde was increased and the purification efficiency was up to 99.85%.With the increase of formaldehyde concentration in the influent gas,the purification efficiency and elimination were increased,the purification efficiency was up to 100%,and the elimination was up to 5.3 mg/l·h.As the trickling liquid flow was raised,the purification efficiency was increased,which was over 99.5%,and the elimination was kept at ~1.67 mg/l·h.The study provided important preliminary data for developing an efficient method for purification of waste gas containing formaldehyde.
