摘 要:为降低焦化蜡油中碱性氮化物含量,采用糠醛溶剂精制和TTS络合脱氮两种方法对辽河焦化蜡油开展了脱碱氮工艺研究。研究发现,采用糠醛二级抽提的方法可使焦化蜡油中的碱氮脱除率达到81.3%,但糠醛对碱性氮化物的选择性较低,精制油收率不高;采用TTS络合脱氮的方法可使精制油收率达到95%,碱性氮化物的脱除率达到73.3%,TTS脱氮剂对焦化蜡油中的碱性氮化物有较好的选择性,脱碱氮效果较好。Basic nitrogen compounds removal from LH-CGO was studied with furfural solvent refining and TTS.It was found that the removal ratio of the basic nitrogen reached 81.3% with furfural two-stage extraction,but the yield of refined oil was very low due to the poor selectivity of furfural to basic nitrogen compounds.The results showed that TTS exhibited high effect on basic nitrogen compounds removal.The yield of refined oil was 95%,and the removal ratio of the basic nitrogen was up to 73.3% with TTS.The selectivity of basic nitrogen compounds for TTS was much better compared with furfurals.
