摘　　要：目的观察简化St George's呼吸问卷(St George's Respiratory Questionnaire,SGRQ)评价COPD患者生活质量的有效性。方法将原SGRQ中的三大部分(临床症状、活动能力、疾病对日常生活影响)50个问题缩减为22个问题,并相应调整量表评分的分值,对首次确诊为慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)的86例进行两种生活质量评分量表的问卷调查,并对两种量表结果进行比较和相关性分析。结果 SGRQ和简化SGRQ各部分分值和总分值比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),各部分分值和总分值的相关性分析显示两种量表高度相关(P<0.01)。结论简化SGRQ不影响对COPD患者活动能力及生活质量的评价,具有可操作性并能提高患者的依从性。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of quality of life in patents with COPD by assessment of simplified St George＇s Respiratory Questionnaire（SGRQ）.Methods Fifty questions of three parts（clinical symptoms,locomotor activity,the effect of daily life） of SGRQ were reduced to twenty-two in the simplified SGRQ and weights were also adjusted relevantly.The two questionnaires were compared and analyzed after 86 patients first diagnosed as having COPD were interviewed and answered the two questionnaires.Results There was no significant difference in the total and the points of all the parts＇ scores between the two questionnaires（P0.05）,and there was significant correlation in the total and the points of all the parts score between the two questionnaires（P0.01）.Conclusion The simplified SGRQ does not weaken assessments of quality of life of patients with COPD,and it is also applied more easily in comparison with SGRQ.
