摘　　要：本文简要介绍了常用有机合成纤维的种类和其性能指标，系统总结了有机纤维在混凝土中的作用机理，着重探讨了聚丙烯纤维、尼龙纤维、聚丙烯纤维、聚乙烯醇纤维和植物纤维混凝土的研究和应用现状，并提出了有机纤维混凝土需要进一步解决的问题。In this paper, the common types of organic synthetic fibers and their performance indicators were introduced briefly and the mechanisms of action that organic fibers play in the concrete were summarized systematically. Meanwhile, the research and application status on polypropylene fibers, nylon fibers, polypropylene fibers, polyvinyl alcohol fibers and plant fibers concrete were discussed in detail, and the problems of organic fibers concrete that should be solved further were put forward.
