摘　　要：目的:建立地龙商品药材HPCE特征图谱,并对2种地龙药材进行比较分析。方法:采用高效毛细管电泳法,安捷伦未涂层石英毛细管柱(50 cm×75μm,有效长度40 cm),30 mmol.L-1硼砂(pH9.45)缓冲液,运行电压15 kV,柱温25℃,DAD检测器,检测波长250 nm。结果:通过中药色特征图谱相似度评价系统,确定8个共有峰构成地龙药材特征图谱的特征峰。结论:本方法为地龙药材品种鉴定与质量控制提供了依据。OKIECHVE To establish and compare the fingerprint of HPCE for two medicinal, products Pheretima. METH- ODS HPCE analysis was adopted in the fingerprints, and the electrophoretic conditions were as follows： the column used was Agilent （50cm×75μm, effective length 40 cm） ; 30 mmol.L-1 borax buffer solution （pH 9. 45） as HPCE buffer, the run voltage was 15 kV, temperature 25 ℃ and the DAD detection was set at 250 nm. RESULTS The characteristic peaks of fingerprints of Pheretima were consisted of 8 common peaks, determined by the similarity evaluation system for Chinese medicine characteristic fingerprints. CONCLUSION The method can be used for the quality control of Pheretima.
