摘  要:目的:优选板蓝根药材的最佳闪式提取工艺。方法:采用闪式提取技术,以表告依春含量和干浸膏得率为指标,以加水量、提取时间、提取电压为主要影响因素,采用L9(34)正交试验法优选板蓝根药材的最佳闪式提取工艺。结果:筛选出的最佳闪式提取工艺为加水量为20倍,提取时间0.5 min,提取电压40 V。结论:该闪式提取工艺合理可行,稳定可靠,且具有快速、高效、节能等优点。OBJECTIVE To optimize homogenate extracting process of Isatidis Radix. METHODS By taking the amount of Epigoitrin and dry ointment rate as evaluation parameter, the homogenate extracting process of Isatidis Radix was optimized by L9 (34) orthogonal design, in which the water volume, extracting time and extracting voltage were selected as affecting fac tots. RESULTS For homogenate extracting process, the optimum condition was achieved when the ratio of water to Isatidis Radix was 20: 1, with 0. 5 min and 40V for each extraction. CONCLUSION The Homogenate Extraction process for Isatidis Radix was feasible and reliable. It was a rapid and high efficient method for extracting Isatidis Radix.
