摘　　要：介绍了阿尔泰USB2828数据采集卡的基本功能,利用USB2828完成了FESTO TP511液压伺服阀性能试验台的数据采集及阀性能测试,在VB6.0环境下基于动态链接库编写了电液伺服阀测控软件,应用该测控软件进行了压力特性实验分析。实验结果表明:该测控系统操作简单,测控系统界面友好,性能测试与分析准确。The basic functions of USB2828 data acquisition card were introduced. By using the card, the performance testing and data acquisition for FESTO TPS1 i test platform were completed. The measure-control software was programmed based on DLL under VB6. 0 development environment. By using the measure-control software, the characteristics of pressure were analyzed. The experi- mental result shows that the system is easily controlled, and has friendly interface, precise performance test and analysis.
