摘　　要：对垃圾压缩装置机体构架、机体底板等主要机构、部件进行了研究;根据垃圾压缩过程中废液污染问题,提出了废液排放机构的设计方案,并进行了相关的设计论证;分析了废液排放机构的工作原理;对垃圾压缩装置的底板进行了改进;对废液排放装置的"V"型板结构、废液导流漏斗装置、机体倾斜方案进行了详细的设计。Main mechanisms and parts of garbage compacting machine＇s body truss and base plate are researched.And a design scheme of drainage mechanism for waste liquid is presented and proved specific to the pollution problem of waste liquid when garbage is compacting.Meanwhile the working principle of drainage mechanism for waste liquid is analyzed and the base plate of garbage compacting machine is modified.In addition the＂V＂type plate structure,the funnel device for waste liquid diversion and the scheme of body inclination are designed in detail.
