摘  要:三峡地下电站引水隧洞上弯段属高速高压水流区,衬砌混凝土质量要求高、空间结构特殊,施工难度大,为满足施工要求首次运用双曲面钢模台车进行衬砌施工。介绍了双曲面钢模台车的基本结构;针对浇注过程中的漏浆现象,利用ANSYS进行有限元仿真,分析了其产生原因;提出了钢模台车的加固方案,利用ANSYS软件,针对不同工况条件对双曲面钢模台车运行进行仿真,验证了加固方案的合理性,并在实际工程中进行了应用,对同类型钢模台车的设计和安全运行提供了重要的参考依据。The flow in upper curve section of diversion tunnel of Three Gorges underground power station is an area with high speed and high pressure flow,and the quality requirement on lining concrete of tunnel is strict,the interspace structure is special and it is very difficult to construct.To meet the requirement of the construction,the hyperbolic steel trolley was applied for the first time to construct the tunnel lining.Then the fundamental structure of the hyperbolic steel trolley is presented;Specific to leakage of grout during pouring concrete,the leakage causes are analyzed through finite element simulating with ANSYS;Afterwards a proposal for reinforcement of the steel trolley is come up with.By applying ANSYS.simulation is carried out for hyperbolic steel trolley under different conditions,which result shows that the proposal of the reinforcement is reasonable which provides some reference for the designing and safe operating of similar steel trolley.
