摘 要:随着新疆油田公司新井准备投产和部分区块进入中后期,越来越多的油井需要防砂。滤砂管防砂技术由于工艺简单、施工成本低等优点,在新疆油田使用的较为广泛。新疆油田采用的防砂筛管种类很多,效果却不很理想。防砂过滤精度选择不合适是主要因素之一。防砂管缝宽过滤精度太大,则防不住砂;过滤精度太小,可能堵死油流通道,导致产量降低或没有产量。文章通过双对数图法分析砂粒粒度特征,合理选择防砂筛管过滤精度,提高防砂筛管防砂的效果。As new production wells put into production steadily and some oilfield enter middle and later periods, more and more production wells need sand control in Xinjiang Oilfield Company. Filter screen sand control technique were widely applied due to simple technical process and low cost. Many kinds of sand control screen were applied in Xinjiang Oilfield Company, but the results were not satisfied. One of important reason was unreasonable sand control screen filtration precision choosen. Either sand control screen filtration precision choosen large that led to sand production, or sand control screen filtration precision choosen small that led to no oil production. Based on double-logarithmic plot, reasonable sand control screen filtration precision could be chosen and the controlling sand results could be enhanced.
