摘 要:针对河南油田部分稀油井产液量低、动液面低、柱塞与泵筒间漏失量大、泵效低的问题,研制了软密封柱塞增效抽油泵。采用软硬结合的软密封柱塞与金属泵筒作为密封配合副,在抽汲过程中,软密封柱塞与金属泵筒之间为零间隙配合,具有泵效高、检泵周期短、防砂、节能、深抽功能。截止到2010年12月,该技术在河南油田采油一厂共开展现场应用26口井,工艺成功率100%,23口可对比井中,平均单井泵效提高8.14个百分点,累计增产原油2470t。In order to solve the problems of the low fluid production and producing fluid level, large fluid leakage between the plunger and pump barrel and low pump efficiency in part thin oil wells of Henan Oilfield, the oil well pump with soft sealing plunger was developed. In the pumping process, the soft sealing plunger and metal pump barrel was zero clearance fit, the pump had the features of high pump efficiency, short pump inspection period, sand control, energy saving and deep pumping function. The structure, working principle and field application of the pump with soft sealing plunger were presented in detail. Until 2010, the technology was used in 26 wells in Henan Oilfield No.1 Oil Production Plant, the success rate was 100%, the average single well pump efficiency increased 8.14%, and cumulative increase production of crude oil was 2470 tons.
