摘 要:封隔器是油气田多种井下工艺的关键工具,其性能的好坏直接影响油气井的开发效果。设计的耐高温管外封隔器工作温度达到了300℃,突破了普通封隔器温度限制,能有效封隔油气井的裸眼环空。在新型耐高温橡胶材料高温力学性能试验的基础上,建立了封隔器高温力学性能有限元分析模型,计算可知:温度由常温升高至300℃,新型压缩式耐高温管外封隔器与井壁的接触压力升高1MPa,材料"软化"能间接提高封隔器的密封性;坐封力增大,三个密封件的接触压力均上升,但均匀性有所差异;井径扩大后,封隔器的密封性显著降低,对于φ215.9mm井眼用的φ200mm高温管外封隔器,所适用的井径扩大率不超过10%。综合分析认为,新型压缩式耐高温管外封隔器适用于井温不超过300℃,井径扩大率不超过10%的各类油气井。A modern compression thermal external casing packer was designed, its working temperature was high up to 300℃, it could plug well’s annulus effectively. On the bases of the analysis of high temperature mechanical property of new temperature-resistant rubber, the finite element model of temperature-resistant packer mechanics analysis was established. The calculation result showed that: when temperature came to 300℃, the contact pressure between packer and borehole wall ascended 1MPa, packer material’s 'soften performance' could raise sealing property. When setting force was raised, the contact pressures of three sealing rubbers ascended. After borehole diameter was enlarged, the sealing property of packer decreased remarkably, for 200mm compression thermal external casing packer applied in 215.9mm wellbore, its application sphere of well hole enlarge ratio was lower than 10%. So, the new compression thermal external casing packer could be used in the well that its temperature was lower than 300℃ and its wellhole enlarge ratio was lower than 10%.
