摘 要:采用加速老化试验方法对硅橡胶密封材料的热氧老化性能进行了研究,获得了不同老化温度及老化时间对硅橡胶力学性能和交联结构的影响规律。研究结果表明,硅橡胶在热空气中老化时随老化温度的升高和老化时间的延长,材料的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率降低,100%定伸应力、硬度、压缩永久变形增大。材料的交联密度增加,表明硅橡胶在热氧老化过程中交联占主要优势。The aim of this work was the evaluation of the thermal-oxidative aging properties of silicon rubber by using accelerated aging test,then the relations between different aging temperatures and aging time and mechanical properties and crosslinked structure of silicon rubber were obtained.The results showed that when the silicon rubber was treated in the air-oven with extended aging time and aging temperature,the tensile strength and elongation at break were decreased,the hardness,tensile stress at given elongation of 100% and compression set were increased in the all stage of aging.The crosslinked density had increased.This showed that the crosslinking is prevailing in the thermal-oxidative aging process.
