摘 要:作为国内汽油的主要调和组分,催化裂化汽油的清洁改质问题是国内炼油化工企业汽油质量升级的关键,而加氢处理工艺是目前采用的主要升级途径。通过分析国内炼油化工企业催化汽油质量的现状,指出对以加工自产原油为主的企业,其催化汽油质量升级的重点为脱硫,升级目标为十二五期间预计开始实施的"国IV"标准和"国V"标准。通过对比选择性加氢脱硫降烯烃工艺和加氢脱硫恢复辛烷值工艺的技术特点和适用条件,结合炼油化工企业的不同质量升级需求,讨论了企业较为适宜采用的技术,并指出在满足现有升级需求的同时应注意的后续发展问题。The cleaning and upgrading of the FCC(Fluid Catalytic Cracking) gasoline distillate,being the main component of the gasoline in China,was the key point of gasoline quality updating of domestic refineries.Hydroprocessing was the main upgrading process.With the analysis of qualities of domestic FCC gasoline,the main objective for gasoline quality updating of domestic refineries which processing low sulfur domestic crude oil was to reduce the sulfur in the FCC gasoline.The suitable process for refineries with different actual requirements on improving gasoline quality was selected by comparing the characteristics and applicable conditions of selective hydrodesulfurization and hydrodesulfurization together with restoring octane rating.Subsequent development problems needing to attention were also put forward.
