摘　　要：高效的物流管理水平决定了企业的利润水平,也决定了企业的核心竞争力。精益六西格码物流追求在所有流程中消除浪费,提升速度,提高质量;通过在质量、时间、成本上的改善提高物流绩效。落后的物流水平已成为制约山西企业发展的瓶颈,精益六西格玛物流是构筑山西企业竞争优势的有力工具。The efficient logistics management level determines both the level of corporate profits and the enterprise＇s core competitiveness.However,the backward logistics in Shanxi has become a bottleneck which constrains the enterprise＇s development seriously.Lean Six Sigma Logistics seeks to obtain excellent performance by eliminating waste,increasing the speed,improving quality and reducing the time and cost in the whole flow chain,and it is a powerful tool to build competitive advantages for Shanxi enterprises.
