摘　　要：成品油市场已逐步开放,石油、石化行业遭遇前所未有的挑战,竞争更加激烈。为提高企业在市场中的竞争能力,获取最大利润,中石化销售企业的传统储运正面临重大改革,向现代物流转化已成为一个必然。传统储运必须对仓储设施的功能重新定位,进行体制改革,将物流与供应链的其他环节进行集成,加以整合,提高资源的流通速度,实现物流功能集成化,组织网络化、现代化,以降低物流费用,获取第三利润源泉。Refined oil market has been gradually opening,petroleum,petrochemical industry suffered hitherto unknown challenge,competition is more intense.To enhance the enterprise the competitive ability in the market,gain the biggest profit,Sinopec Sales System of the traditional storage and transportation is facing a major reform,changing to modern logistics has become a necessity.The traditional storage and transportation to storage facilities function locates afresh,undertake system is reformed,logistics and supply chain to the other aspects of integration,to integrate resources,improve the speed of the flow,logistics function integration,networking,modernization,to reduce logistics costs,access to the third source of profit.
