摘  要:目的研究鱼王浆对免疫功能低下小鼠相关细胞因子IL-2、IL-6及溶血素、溶血空斑的影响和量效关系。方法通过环磷酰胺注射制造模型小鼠,比较鱼王浆各剂量对免疫功能低下小鼠相关免疫细胞因子的影响,采用ELISA法检测IL-2及IL-6含量的变化,以鸡红细胞为抗原的溶血素及溶血空斑的测定。结果鱼王浆高、中治疗组IL-2、IL-6的含量明显高于模型组;鱼王浆各治疗组溶血素及溶血空斑的含量明显高于模型组。结论鱼王浆能明显提高免疫功能低下模型小鼠外周血中相关免疫细胞因子IL-2、IL-6的含量,促进溶血素及溶血空斑的生成,并且其作用具有明显的量效关系。This study aims to evaluate the effect of Yu WangJiang(YWJ) on immune deficit related cell factors IL-2,IL-6,hemolysis void spot,and hemolysin in celiac cyclophosphamide(Cy) induced model mouse.Mice were intragastrically administrated YWJ of high,medium,and low dose respectively.The contents change of IL-6 and IL-2 were investigated by ELISA analysis;hemolysin and hemolysis void spot is determined by using chicken red blood cells as antigen.The content of IL-6 and IL-2 in YWJ high,medium treatment group were obviously higher than that in control model group;hemolysin and hemolysis void of all YWJ treated groups were obviously higher than that of control model group.Thus we concluded that YWJ can greatly improve the level of related immune cell factors IL-6 and IL-2 in peripheral blood in the immune function deficit model mouse and promote the hemolysin and hemolysis void spot generation in a dose-dependent manner.
