摘 要:将PLC作为三丝埋弧焊控制系统的下位机,PC机作为控制系统的上位机,采用组态软件编程技术,并利用光电隔离线性传输技术,对信号进行多路隔离传输,将单丝埋弧焊接设备升级为三丝高速埋弧焊接系统,实现了对三丝埋弧焊接设备的数字化控制。试验结果表明,采用了专家系统算法的数字化控制的三丝埋弧焊接系统,具有性能稳定、参数选择灵活、适宜性强、焊接效率高的特点。这种焊接系统对企业提高产品质量和生产效率、降低生产成本、充分发挥现有设备的潜力、实现先进制造技术具有重要意义。Based on the configuration control software programming, the single wire submerged arc welding equipment was upgraded to the three-wire high-speed submerged arc welding system by using the linear optical isolation technology to finish the task of multiple channel signal transmission. In this system,a PLC was taken as the lower computer and a PC as the host computer,respectively,and the digital control for the system was realized. The test results show that the digital control system which has adopted expert system algorithm has characteristics of stable performance,flexible parameter selection,strong suitability and high efficiency. As a result,this welding system has a great significance for enterprises to improve product quality and production efficiency,to reduce production costs,bring the potential of equipment into full play,and to utilize the advanced manufacturing technology.
