摘  要:利用燃烧型焊条对Q235钢板进行手工自蔓延焊接试验,对焊条的燃烧机理进行了研究,分析了焊条的燃烧类型、燃烧模式和燃烧波结构,对不同成分焊条的绝热燃烧温度进行了理论计算,测定了燃烧速度。试验发现,手工自蔓延焊接的燃烧过程是典型的非均匀体系燃烧,燃烧反应类型为液体火焰和准固体火焰,表现为非稳态混沌燃烧,燃烧波实际温度分布图为含有多个拐点和多个平台的复杂曲线。焊条高热剂由CuO+Al和Fe2O3+Al混合组成,CuO+Al含量越高,体系绝热燃烧温度越高,焊接热量越大,焊条燃烧速度越快。Manual self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) welding experiment was carried out on Q235 steel plate. The combustion mechanism was investigated. The combustion type,mode and the combustion wave structure were analyzed. Adiabatic combustion temperature was calculated, and the combustion velocity was tested. Results showed that the combustion process of manual SHS welding is a typical non-uniform combustion system. The combustion wave temperature distribution curve has several corners and several plates. The thermite of combustion rod is composed of (CuO + Al) and ( Fe_2O_3 + Al). It is shown that when the content of ( CuO + Al) increases, the adiabatic combustion temperature becomes higher,the reaction heat increases and the combustion velocity is higher.
