冰晶石对奥氏体不锈钢焊条电弧稳定性的影响

摘  要:针对OCr18Ni9型奥氏体不锈钢,研制一种基于TiO_2-SiO_2-CaO渣系的奥氏体不锈钢焊条,同时为了改善和提高该奥氏体不锈钢焊条的电弧稳定性,通过采集卡采集焊接电信号、LabView软件分析焊接电信号、高速摄影分析电弧形态,研究了冰晶石对研制出的奥氏体不锈钢焊条电弧稳定性的影响。研究表明:随着药皮中冰晶石含量的增加,短路次数逐渐较少;电弧信号的波动幅度先逐渐减小,电弧形态更加敞开,电弧稳定性逐渐优化;当冰晶石含量增加到10%后,电弧信号波动幅度逐渐增加,电弧形态由扩散型向集中型转变,电弧稳定性逐渐恶化。综合考虑冰晶石对电弧稳定性的影响,药皮中冰晶石含量以5%~10%较为合适。A kind of austenite stainless steel electrode was developed for 18-8 austenite stainless steel based on the TiO_2-SiO_2-CaO slag system. At the same time,in order to improve the arc stability of austenite stainless steel electrode,the influence of cryolite on arc stability of stainless steel electrode was studied by collecting and analyzing the welding electric signal, observing the arc shape by high-speed photography. The result showed that as the content of cryolite being increased, the short circuit is decreased; the arc become more stable, the shape of arc turned to open type. When the content of cryolite reached 10% ,the arc gets unstable,the shape of arc turned to concentrate type. The results indicate that the optimal content range of cryolite is 5 ~ 10% .
