第42届世界体操锦标赛我国女团失利原因分析及对策研究

摘　　要：通过文献资料法、录像观察法和数理统计法,对中国女子体操队在42届世锦赛上的团体比赛状况进行分析。认为:世界女子体操已形成"三强鼎立"的竞争格局,中国队虽未夺得金牌,但整体实力仍处于世界第一集团,具有夺冠实力。此次失利的原因是:全队技术不具有全面性,阵容配备不齐整,参赛心理调整欠佳。中国女子体操队应提高跳马和自由操项目难度,加强高低杠和平衡木高难成套动作的稳定性,全面发展比赛项目;科学预防和治疗队员伤病,完善参赛阵容;通过实战和模拟比赛训练强化平时和赛前心理训练。Using the methods of document data,video observation,and statistics,this paper analysed the performance of women＇s gymnastics team in the 42nd world championship＇s group competition.It is found that China was one of the tripod,even though no gold medals have been attained in this match,Chinese team is still at the world＇s first class level and has great potential to get the championship.The causes of the defeat are incomplete skills,the irregular allocation of the athletes and weak psychology.It is suggested that the women＇s gymnastics team should raise the difficulty of the vaulting horse and floor exercise,strengthen the stability of uneven bars and balance beam,develop the match items comprehensively,prevent and cure the athletes＇ diseases scientifically,improve the competition squad,and strengthen the athletes＇ psychological training before and during the matches through real and simulated training.
