摘　　要：应用调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法对我国优秀竞走运动员运动损伤规律与康复进行研究。研究呈现了竞走项目运动员主要损伤部位及数据特征、损伤类型及数据特征、损伤原因及数据特征、康复措施及数据特征;针对研究结果,论证并提供了治疗竞走项目运动损伤的康复性体能训练疗法及手段。Through the methods of survey,literature review and mathematical statistics,this paper makes research on China＇s best walking athletes＇s physical injury and rehabilitation.The study presents the main injury location and data characteristics,the injury type and data charcteristics,the causes and data characteristics,rehabilitation measures and data features.In view of the study results,it expounds and provides the prevention and treatment methods for the sports injuries of race walkers.
