摘　　要：本文介绍了WebService技术和它的体系结构，指出了网上学习平台中的网络安全资源共享平台中存在的问题，提出两种解决方案。给出网络学习平台WebService设计方案，并且对该WebService进行了测试，最后得出将WebService方案应用到网上学习平台中的优势。First this paper introduces the Web Service technology and its architecture, and analyzes the problems existing in the Network Security Resource Sharing Platform of the online learning platform, and proposes two solutions as well. Then it presents the design of Web Service and the Web Service test is also taken. At last it sums up the advantages of applying Web Service project to E - learning Platform.
