大爱精神在高校图书馆内涵建设中的价值

摘　　要：从大爱理念出发,结合新时期高校图书馆发展实际,分析了新时期高校图书馆内涵建设面临的外部环境和相应的基本要求,论述了大爱精神在高校图书馆内涵建设中的重要地位和价值。概括来说,大爱精神是高校图书馆工作者大力辅助教学、积极服务科研的重要思想基础;是凝聚人心、促进和谐、推动优质高效图书馆建设的精神合力。树立大爱理念、弘扬大爱精神既是高校校园文化建设的内在要求,也是加强高校图书馆作风建设、做好服务工作的重要保证。With the combination of great - love concept and the practices of university library development in the new era, this paper analyzes the external environment, the corresponding basic requirements for university library＇ s connotation construction and the value of great - love spirit in it. In general, great -love spirit is an important ideological basis for university library staff to assist teaching and serve for scientific research actively, great -love spirit is also a spiritual cooperating force for uniting the people, promoting harmony and pushing university library＇ s connotation construction with high quality and efficiency. To advocate the great - love concept is not only the inherent requirement for campus cultural construction but also the guarantee for strengthening the library staff＇ s work style and their better services.
