摘　　要：夫妻关系在本质上是一种契约关系,但却是一种特殊的契约关系,对这种特殊的契约关系进行基础性分析,理清其夫与妻之间财产关系的法理,将夫妻关系作为一种特殊的契约关系来看待,才能平衡夫妻之间的财产关系。The husband-wife relationship is essentially a contractual relationship,but it is a special kind of contractual relationship.The present paper makes a basic analysis on the husband-wife relationship,it is suggested that legal property relations should be clarified and the relationship should be treated as a special contractual relationship in order to balance the property relations between husband and wife.
