摘 要:无锡市某印染厂原污水处理设施由于设备老化、工艺陈旧,处理效果已不能满足排放要求,故对此工艺进行升级改造,工程方案中提出了在原有工艺路线后添加水解酸化池+接触氧化池+混凝沉淀池的工艺路线。经过4个月工程调试,运行结果显示,出水水质优于纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准(GB4287-92)中三级排放标准要求,污泥减量化效果良好,完全符合纳管要求,处理成本仅1.155元.m-3。Since the ageing equipments, old craft and the treatment effect unsatisfied for the emissions requirements, it is necessary to upgrade the original wastewater treatment facilities of the textile in Wuxi. The scheme adding hydrolysis acidification tank +contact oxidation tank+ sedimentation tank after original facilities was proposed. The construction costs was 2.5516 million RMB, and the power load was 167.2 kWh. After four months practice, the results showed that the effluent quality meet the requirement of Grades ]]I of the textile dyeing and finishing industrial water pollutants emission standard(GB4287-92). Water stabilization and excellent biological sludge reduction was obtained during the run, totally accepted by the municipal sewer, the processing cost is only 1.155 yuan-m-3.
