老年肝囊肿患者的临床发病特点调查

摘　　要：目的探讨老年肝囊肿患者的临床发病特点。方法对来我院门诊及住院的2015例患者进行肝脏B超检查,根据年龄将其分为10～30、31～50、51～70、>71岁4个组,用统计学软件对检查的结果进行统计分析。结果 10～30、31～50、51～70、>71岁组间的肝囊肿检出率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。31～50岁组患者的不同性别间的肝囊肿检出率进行比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);51～70、>71岁组不同性别间的检出率有显著性差异(P<0.05);不同年龄组女性患者检出率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);男性患者囊肿检出率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论年龄大者具有较高的肝囊肿检出率,并且与女性高龄组比较,男性高龄组检出率较高,女性31～50岁组的肝囊肿检出率高于51～70岁组。Objective To Explore on the clinical disease characteristics of elderly liver cyst. Methods The storey included 2015 cases in our hospital for liver B-mode ultrasound examination,they were divided into four groups：lO-30 years,31-50 years,S1-70 years and over 71 years group, the results was analysis with statistical software. Results There were significant differences in the the prevalence of liver cysts among 10-30 years group,31-50 years group,51-70 years group,over 71 years group （P〈O.05）. There were no significant difference in the prevalence of liver cysts between male and female in 31-50 years group （P〉0.05）; but There were significant differences in the the prevalence of liver cysts between male and female in 51-70 years group and over 71 years group（P〈 0.05）. Female in the different age groups, the detection rate were no significant difference （P〉O.05）; cyst detection rate of male had a significant difference（ P〈O.05 ）. Conclusion Older who have a high prevalence of liver cysts,and with the female age group,male age group a higher detection rate,women 31-50 years old group,the detection rate in the 51-70 age group.
