摘　　要：目的建立安胎益母丸中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法,以乙腈-水(15∶85)为流动相,检测波长为230nm。结果芍药苷在(15.40～154.00)μg/mL(r=0.9999)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.6%,RSD为0.64%(n=6)。结论本文方法简便可靠,专属性强,重复性好,可用于安胎益母丸的质量控制。Objective To establish the methods of determination of paeoniflorin in Antai Yimu Pill. Methods HPLC was used and acetonitrile-water（ 15 ： 85） mixture as a mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 230nm. Results Paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship at a ranger of （15.40-154.00）μg/mL,（r=0.9999）. The average recovery was 99.6%,and RSD was 0.64%（n=6）. Conclusion The method is simple with good reproducibility and can be used in quality control of Antai Yimu Pill.
