摘　　要：为了满足省内各类发电企业多样化的结算方式及其调整需求,设计了省内发电企业上网电量结算系统。通过建立结算单元与机组的映射关系和结算价格管理来解决结算主体多样性和价格随时间变动问题,并通过对结算成分进行定义和配置,把不同的结算算法纳入结算库中进行管理,以解决结算方式多样化问题。给出了系统软件设计和应用功能实现。该系统具备结算方式可配置、结算方式可拓展、算法可重用等特点,已成功应用于省级电力市场,并能满足用户的结算需求。In order to meet the demands of diversified settlement modes and settlement mode adjustment for provincial power generation enterprises,a settlement system design method is proposed.In this method,the problems of settlement object diversity and price fluctuation are solved by building the mapping relationship between settlement unit and physical unit,and management of clearing prices.The problem of settlement modes diversity is solved by putting the different settlement algorithms in algorithm library by the definition and configuration of settlement units.The software flow chart and application functions implementation of the system are given.The system has such characteristics as configurability,expansibility,and reusability.The system designed has been successfully used in provincial electricity market,and in meeting the settlement demands.
