江西兑现“人口红利”效应政策浅析

摘　　要：发掘"人口红利"效应是推动经济增长的重要因素。利用定量和定性分析相结合的方法,从生育率变动、人口年龄结构变动及人口抚养比变化等方面,对江西省人口结构的影响进行"人口红利"的研究,得出江西仍处于收获"人口红利"效应的重要战略机遇期的结论,在此基础上提出江西充分兑现"人口红利"的政策选择。The foreign and domestic experience suggests that making full use of the population bonus effect helps to motivate the economic development.Combining the quantitative and qualitative analysis,we research the effect of the change in birth rate,age structure and population upbringing rate on the population structure in Jiangxi Province.We came to the conclusion that Jiangxi Province is in the important stage of population bonus,and we put forward the policy choice on encashing population bonus effect in Jiangxi Province.
