摘 要:夹杂物含量对钢材的力学性能有着极大的影响,钢包下渣是连铸过程中外界夹杂物引入的主要途径,对下渣过程的预防和控制是连铸生产的关键问题。采用分散相粒子模型模拟了底注式连铸钢包内金属液与渣粒混合相的运动过程。对随机选取的30个渣粒子的随流运动进行了全程跟踪,研究了渣粒运动的两个阶段:表层汇聚阶段和快速卷入下行阶段。结果发现,单个渣粒子的运动具有随机性,而渣粒子群的整体运动行为具有统计学特征。在此基础上分别研究了渣粒大小和渣粒密度对钢包下渣高度及下渣时间的影响,发现渣粒尺寸对平均下渣高度和平均下渣时间的影响显著,而渣粒密度对下渣过程的影响较小。Inclusion content has the great effects on the mechanical properties of the steel.The steel ladle slag is the main way to introduce inclusion into steel,so it is the key problem to prevent and control slag process in continuous casting production.The mixture phase moving process of molten metal and slag particles in bottom pouring steel ladle of continuous casting have been simulated by discrete phase model.The moving path of thirty slag floating particles selected at random has been tracked.Two stages,surface layer converging stage and rapidly involving stage,have been simulated.The results show that,although the moving path of single particle exhibits random direction,the whole movement of the slag particle cluster exhibits statistics characteristics.Based on the mentioned results,effects of slag particle size and density on slag height and time in steel ladle were analyzed.Average slag height and time are closely related with the slag particle size,while effects of slag particle density can be ignored.
