摘  要:采用金属型铸造A380和A360压铸铝合金,研究了这两种合金的耐腐蚀性能,分析了Al-Si-Cu系合金的腐蚀机理。采用全浸试验方法测试腐蚀速率,腐蚀后试样用光学显微镜和带有能谱仪的扫描电镜观察试样表面腐蚀产物和腐蚀基体,结合电化学极化曲线分析腐蚀机理。结果表明,A360腐蚀速率比A380小,A380和A360在3.5%的NaCl溶液中浸泡都发生点蚀,腐蚀产物呈白色絮状,A380点蚀程度比A360严重,腐蚀形貌和腐蚀机理有明显区别。The corrosion behavior of A380 and A360 alloy prepared by permanent mould casting was investigated,and its corrosion mechanism was approached.Corrosion rate of the alloys was measured by the immersion experiment in 3.5% NaCl solution.Meanwhile,morphology of corrosive product and the matrix were observed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope with energy dispersive spectroscopy.The corrosion mechanism was analyzed with the help of electrochemical polarization curves.The results reveal that the corrosion rate of the A360 alloy is lower than that of A380 alloy.Pitting erosion can be observed on both the A380 alloy and A360 alloy in 3.5%NaCl solution,and white-loccular corrosion product are distributed on the surface of the samples.However,the pitting erosion occurred in A380 alloy is more serious than that in A360 alloy.Meanwhile,the corrosion morphology and corrosion mechanism are obviously different in A380 alloy and in A360 alloy.
