摘 要:为提高天津地区设施中果型番茄生产的产量及品质,筛选出适合天津地区栽培的品种,丰富天津市设施中果型番茄品种,以百利为对照,对从国内外引进8个番茄品种进行生物学性状、产量、口感、硬度和可溶性固形物含量等方面的比较试验。结果表明,品种杰纳、赤桃的产量、风味品质、硬度和可溶性固形物含量等各项调查指标均较好,综合表现优异;品种斯特虽产量不高,但品质优,口感好,适合鲜食。农户可以根据栽培目的,选择不同的品种。In order to improve the quality and yield of middle-sized tomato cultivars planted in the greenhouse and to screen out the cultivars meeting the different cultivation demands in Tianjin,a series of indexes of eight introduced tomato cultivars were investigated,including the characteristics,yield,flavor,rigidity and soluble solid content,taking Baili as control.The results showed that both Jiena and Chitao possessed better comprehensive performances.Though the yield of Site was not that high,it had good quality and flavor,thus it was suitable for fresh eating.Peasants could choose different cultivars according to their cultivation objectives.
