摘  要:为提高残渣基质的利用率、减少其对环境的污染和克服油葵芽苗菜的连作障碍问题,从应用蚯蚓处理芽苗菜栽培残基为新的栽培基质入手,结合蚯蚓体腔液的使用对油葵芽苗菜循环式栽培技术进行了研究。结果表明,如循环方法得当,油葵芽苗菜的连作障碍问题完全可以有效克服,可将其循环种植链延长至5茬以上;用循环式方法种植油葵芽苗菜的过程中蚯蚓体腔液的效果发挥具有选择性,在采取了轮作的基质上使用200条蚯蚓提取的蚯蚓体腔液100倍稀释液可促进增产,而在一直采用连作的基质上使用则有可能抑制产量增加,喷用高浓度蚯蚓体腔液会严重降低油葵芽苗菜的产量。To improve the resource utilization rate and reduce the environmental pollution,and to overcome the continuous cropping obstacle problems in the oil sunflower sprouts production,combined with using the coelomic fluid of earthworms,the research on the cyclic cultivation technology of the oil sunflower sprouts was carried out,by taking the used culture media treated by earthworms as new cultivation media.The results show that the continuous cropping obstacle problems of the spouts could be totally overcome,and with proper cyclic methods,their cyclic planting chain could be extended to more than 5 crops.And the effects of earthworm coelomic fluid on the growth of oil sunflower cultivated by the cyclic method were selective: the yield could be promoted by using the 100-fold dilution of earthworm coelomic fluid which were extracted from 200 earthworms on the rotation medium,but the yield on the continuous cropping medium might be inhibited,and the yield of oil sunflower was seriously inhibited after spaying with the high concentration of earthworm coelomic fluids.
