泰脂安胶囊对急性冠脉综合征患者炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察泰脂安胶囊对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血清炎性因子的影响。方法:收集72例ACS患者,随机分为氟伐他汀组(36例)和泰脂安组(36例),两组均予常规治疗。氟伐他汀组口服氟伐他汀40 mg/d,泰脂安组口服泰脂安9粒/d。用酶联免疫吸附法分别检测两组患者治疗前后血浆C-反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平。结果:与治疗前相比,两组治疗后CRP、TNF-α和IL-6浓度显著下降(P<0.05),氟伐他汀组CRP浓度下降较泰脂安组显著(P<0.05),两组TNF-α和IL-6浓度下降程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:泰脂安胶囊具有抗炎和稳定斑块的重要作用。Objective To observe the influence of taizhian capsule on serum inflammatory factors in patients with acute coronary syndrome（ACS）.Method Seventy-two patients with ACS were randomized into two groups：fluvastatin group（n=36） and taizhian group（n=36）.Fluvastatin group was treated with fluvastatin（40 mg/d） and routine treatment.Taizhian group was treated with taizhian capsule（9 capsules/d） and routine treatment.The concentrations of serum C-reactive protein（CRP）,tumor necrosis factor α（TNF-α） and interleukin-6（IL-6） were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.Results After treatment,the concentrations of serum CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 were decreased significantly in the two groups（P〈0.05）.CRP levels decreased significantly in fluvastatin group than taizhian group（P〈0.05）.The decline of TNF-α and IL-6 concentrations in the two groups showed no significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Taizhian capsule has effect on anti-inflammation and stabilizing atherosclerotic plaques.
