摘　　要：目的:总结经尿道前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生患者围术期的护理体会。方法:通过临床观察病情,根据患者的个体情况做好术前心理护理及术前准备;术后严密监测生命体征,加强引流管的护理,预防术后并发症,指导术后配合等一系列切实可行的护理措施。结果:本组88例良性前列腺增生的患者术后100%痊愈,仅有3例发生并发症。结论:术前有针对性的护理和术后细致、周到的观察是确保手术成功的关键环节,对促进患者康复、减少并发症至关重要。Objective To sum up the perioperative nursing experiences of tansurethral prostate electrotomy in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Method Through observing the clinical disease,according to the individual situation of patients with good preoperative psychological care and preoperative preparation.Closely monitor of vital signs after surgery and strengthened the drainage tube care.Prevention of postoperative complications.And postoperative care with a series of practical measures.Results The group of 88 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia all recovered,only 3 cases had complications.Conclusion Preoperative care and careful observation after surgery are the key to successful operation,it is essential on promoting the rehabilitation of patients and reducing complications.
