以课外科技竞赛为牵引 培养低年级本科学员的创新能力

摘　　要：大学生科技竞赛对培养大学生自主创新意识、创新思维、实践动手能力和团队合作精神,提升大学生的综合素质,具有特殊的、常规教学不可替代的作用。结合指导大二学员参加学校"创新杯"科技竞赛的体会,探讨了科技竞赛和创新能力培养的关系,指出如何以科技竞赛为契机,提高学生的科技创新能力,引导学生全面发展。Extracurricular technological competition is specially important and can not be replaced by conventional teaching for cultivation of the undergraduates＇ consciousness and thinking of independent innovation, the ability to practice, the spirit of co- operation, and their all- round development. On the basis of the experience in instructing two sophomore students to participate in the extracurricular technological competition ＂Innovative Cup＂, the relationship between the technological competition and the cultivation of innovative ability is discussed and the way pointed out to improve the sophomore students＇ innovative ability and to guide their all - round development in virtue of technological competition.
