摘  要:对板厚1.0mm、晶粒尺寸6.0μm的细晶AZ91D镁合金板材进行了快速气压胀形行为的研究。在250~400℃的温度内进行了各种气压的300 s的半球件快速气压胀形试验,研究温度和气压对快速气压胀形能力的影响。试验结果表明,在400℃、0.5MPa气压下可以得到最大胀形高度为33.0mm的半球件。以上述结果为基础,进行了300s的筒形件快速气压胀形试验,采用两阶段加载快速气压胀形出了20 mm高而且表面质量好、圆角半径符合要求的筒形件。对胀形件不同位置取样进行金相观察,变形量越大,晶粒越细小。The quick plastic forming(QPF) behavior for fine-grained AZ91D magnesium alloy sheet with the thickness of 1.0 mm and the grain size of 6.0 μm was investigated. The influence of temperature and gas pressure on the formability of QPF were studied at different gas pressure for 300 s at 250-400℃. The test results show that the hemisphere-shaped workpiece with maximum bulging height 33.0 mm was obtained under the gas pressure of 0.5 MPa at 400℃. The QPF experiments of cylinder were performed based on hemisphere-shaped part results. A cylinder with the height of 20 mm, better surface quality and satisfactory fillet radius was formed using two-stages loading test at 400 ℃ for 300 s. Furthermore the microstructure revolution law during the QPF was discussed. The larger the thinning rate of parts is, the smaller the grain will be.
