摘 要:采用金刚砂作为铝/不锈钢复合管爆炸焊接试验装置中的填充物,并在注水和不注水两种工艺下进行爆炸焊接试验。直观观测,因金刚砂注水后的密实度得到提高,因此复合管的变形量相对较小;采用扫描电镜和能谱仪从微观成分对两种工艺下制备的复合管界面进行比较,结果表明,金刚砂注水爆炸焊接的复合管,不仅其界面为规则的微、小波状结合,且产生的金属间化合物也更少;对注水工艺下制备的复合管结合界面进行力学性能检测,其力学性也完全满足使用要求。Using carborundum as the stuffing of the explosive welding installation of Al/stainless steel composite tubes, the explosive welding experiments within two kinds of technology such as allusion and no-affusion were conducted. The carborundum became more close-grained after that it was affused with water, so the distortion of the composite tube became comparatively less. The interface of the composite tubes which were made in two kinds of technologies were analyzed by SEM and EDS. The results indicate that the composite tubes which made in the condition of carborundum allusion are only inerratic microwave form, and small wave-form, but also have less intermetallic compound. The interface mechanical properties of the composite tubes which made in carborundum allusion were tested, the mechanical properties can completely satisfy the using requirement.
