南通市建筑产业集群识别及其形成机理研究

摘　　要：采用区位商法对南通建筑产业集群进行识别,计算结果表明,南通建筑业存在明显的集群现象。运用产业集群理论对南通建筑产业集群的形成机理进行了研究,认为其内部机理主要在于产业根植性、企业家创业和专业化分工,外部机理主要在于市场需求和政府行为与制度安排,在此基础上分析总结了南通建筑产业集群形成和演化的基本过程。Location quotient method is adopted to identify construction industry cluster, and the calculating result indicates that the cluster exists in Nantong city. Based on the theory of industry cluster the forming mechanism is studied. The inner mechanism is due to industrial embeddedness, entrepreneurship and division of labor based on specialization, and the external mechanism is due to market demand, government＇s behavior and institutional arrangement. The forming and evolvement process is analyzed and summed for construction industry cluster in Nantong city.
