摘  要:零售业一直被称为选址的产业,如何为零售业选址,一直吸引众多学者和商家关注。南京作为零售业对外开放较早的城市之一,面临的压力更大。本文通过对南京零售业现状的介绍,运用购买力指数和零售引力法则分析南京六个城区零售业需求状况,相应得出该六区适合的主要零售业态。在此宏观基础上,结合苏果超市的具体情况,分析了苏果超市空间布局模式的优越性,提出了南京市本土超市空间布局的相关建议。Retail trade is often called as the industry of optional location. The problem of how to choose locations for retail trade attracts attention of numerous scholars and businessmen.Nanjing is one of early cities whose retail trade has been open wide and has been faced with much more pressure than other cities. Based on the introduction of the present situation of Nanjing's retail trade, this paper utilizes the index of purchasing power and the retail gravitation rule to analyze the major demands of Nanjing. Finally, this paper reaches the adaptive retail trade forms for the 6 districts in Nanjing. Based on this macroscopic foundation, this paper also analyzes the superiority of Suguo supermarkets' layout pattern and puts forward some proposal to native supermarkets' space layout pattern in Nanjing.
