摘　　要：阐述了城乡道路客运一体化的概念和内涵,总结分析了目前我国推进城乡道路客运一体化的四类不同的发展模式,分析了城乡道路客运一体化发展存在的主要问题及其产生的主要原因,研究提出了推进我国城乡道路客运一体化发展的指导思想、原则和推进模式,并从中央和地方政府两个层面,提出了相关政策与措施建议,为加快推进我国城乡道路客运一体化进程提供了理论依据和决策参考。The article expounded the concept and connotation of urban and rural passenger transport integration, summarized four kinds of current domestic development patterns to promote urban and rural passenger transport integration, analyzed the main problems existing in the development and the reasons, and put forward the guiding ideology, principle and advance mode to promote integrated passenger transport in urban and rural areas. From the levels of central and local governments, we put forward the relevant policies and measures for speeding up the process of urban and rural passenger transport integration, which provided theoretical basis and a reference for decision-making.
